Our medium phosphorus electroless nickel process is a new generation technology that eliminates the use of lead and cadmium. It has a phosphorus alloy content ranging from 7% to 9%. After coating, a hardness of 47-53 HRC is obtained. With heat treatment, the hardness reaches the level of 65-72 HRC. Required wear resistance and corrosion resistance are high according to the application areas. It is the preferred coating type due to its compliance with ELV, WEEE, RoHS directives. Medium phosphorus electroless nickel platings can be used in all applications.
