Electroless Nickel-Boron process is an important process containing nickel-boron in terms of high hardness and resistance to high temperatures. This process, which has good weldability and solderability, and resistance to abrasion, gives a hardness of 53 - 56 HRC after coating. Electroless Nickel - Boron application is widely applied especially in molds and glass molds because it does not react with glass, has a high wear life, delays fatigue and crack formation.
